How should I store my chocolate?
Chocolate should be stored in a dry place away from the sun, moisture, and bad smells. Do not put chocolate in the fridge, unless you want a less enjoyable experience.
Do your chocolates contain allergens?
Some of our chocolates do contain allergens such as nuts. If you'd like to experience LH Artistry chocolates without the risk of cross contamination, send us a message through out contact page and we'll do something special!
What is the difference between the signature and the deluxe range?
The signature range is the collection of chocolates we found best serves our community. They are flavours that are more relatable and easier to have a feel for. The signature range will always be available.
The deluxe range is our collection of creative thinking chocolates that we allow onto the website every fortnight. This is to allow for a new set of flavours to be played around with and then given to you to enjoy once excellence has been achieved.

Do you ship?
Express delivery is available aus wide Monday to Thursday – usually receive within 1-2 days.Shipping cost is $23 via express with auspost – tracking number will be provided once shipped.
If product is received melted or damage contact immediately – full refund is available. Exchanges are available is someone receives a product that contains nuts and they’re allergic, we happily replace the specific flavour within the day of purchase.
We want your order to reach you in excellent condition.
When we send by auspost, all orders are packaged with an ice gel pack and
wrapped in insulated packaging. This protects the effect of a warm environment for
the duration of the delivery.
